Reservation Deposit:
Short-Term Stays (28 days or less): Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Extended Stays (Over 28 days): RVs must be 20 years old or newer. Please contact us directly via phone or email to discuss specific rates, terms, and conditions for extended stays.
Reservation Holds: We can hold a tentative reservation for up to 48 hours. If the booking is not confirmed within this window, the dates will be released to other guests.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Early check-outs are non-refundable.
