- Rates are based on a party of two. A 5$/person/day rate will be applied after that.
- For extended term stays the RV must be 20 years old or newer.
- Reservation Deposit: 1st night stay non-refundable after 48 hours.
- Cancellation policy: 7 days please. All cancellations within this period will be charged for the entire booking.
- Check in is after 1pm please.
- Early check-outs are non-refundable.
- Late check-out fees will apply.
