Please note that our standard rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are subject to a charge of $5.00 per person, per day. There is also a one-time pet fee of $5.00.

Noise Policy
– 24-Hour Noise Restrictions: The park maintains a quiet policies throughout the entire day and night.
– Zero-Tolerance Policy: Excessive noise—such as loud music, shouting, or rowdy behavior—may be grounds for immediate eviction.
Reservations and Payments
– Short-Term Stays (28 days or less): Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
– Extended Stays (Over 28 days): RVs must be 20 years old or newer. Please contact us directly via phone or email to discuss specific rates, terms, and conditions for extended stays.
– Reservation Holds: We can hold a tentative reservation for up to 48 hours. If the booking is not confirmed within this window, the dates will be released to other guests.
Cancellation policy
-Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Etransfers
– Check-in time is after 1:00 PM.
– Late check-out fees will apply for departures after the scheduled time.
– Please note that early check-outs are non-refundable.
